Sarah is a member of the Anthesis EMS team and has over 10 years’ experience in environmental and sustainability engineering roles in industry. She has a wealth of experience in the implementation, management, and auditing of management systems including ISO14001 (environmental), ISO50001 (energy) and sector-specific standards such as IATF (automotive quality) and MCERTS flow monitoring (trade effluent). She has a degree in Mechanical Design and Manufacture, and a Diploma in Sustainable Business Practice.

She is skilled at developing and delivering training to all levels of an organisation and is adept at generating concise technical documentation such as policies and procedures.

Having previously worked for manufacturers of medical devices and semiconductors, she is knowledgeable in environmental compliance in a range of different areas from chemical management to energy procurement. As a Certified Energy Manager she is comfortable auditing complex energy systems and translating data into carbon-related terms to support with climate impact ambitions and reporting requirements.
