Most recently, Russell was Chief Operations & Technology Officer at TMF Group, a leading provider of employee, financial and legal administration services for corporates and investors around the world with over 11,000 colleagues in more than 125 offices across 87 countries. Prior to TMF Group, Russell held senior positions at NGA Human Resources, Axiom, Hewitt Associates and PwC
