Ranier Ford

Ranier is a Principal Consultant and the North American Human Rights & Ethical Trade lead at Anthesis. She draws on nearly a decade of social impact and human rights consulting experience and government-level stakeholder engagement. Her expertise includes human rights due diligence and impact assessment, social impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, forced displacement mitigation, and resettlement plans for the mining, oil and gas, and technology sectors. Ranier holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder and a master’s degree in Human Rights Practice from the University of Arizona.
