Natalie is a resource recovery and waste specialist with over 12 years professional experience. She began her career in the fashion industry where she led Macy’s sustainability employee resource group, sat on the corporate sustainability committee, and developed a company- wide textile recycling program through a partnership with Fabscrap. During Macy’s inaugural Sustainability Summit, Natalie was interviewed by then-CEO Jeff Gennette.
After earning her master’s in 2018, Natalie transitioned to working full-time in sustainability, supporting commercial real estate clients with waste baselining, reporting, and employee education and training.
Natalie has become a waste policy and extended producer responsibility (EPR) subject matter expert and supports strategy, climate, and mandatory reporting projects. She is passionate about helping clients reduce waste, improve product lifecycle management, and foster the secondary market for materials.
