Holly Browne

Holly Browne boasts over 13 years of experience in the Fashion Industry, dedicating nine years to Sustainability and Ethical Compliance. Her career includes in-house roles at retailers such as Ted Baker and Thomas Pink, where she developed and executed their sustainability strategies. Formerly the Head of Sustainable Product and Story at MADE-BY, she specialises in guiding brands to comprehend their sustainability impacts and navigate the intricate landscape of sustainability and ethical trading. As an adept project manager, Holly possesses the expertise in leading large, diverse stakeholder teams to achieve high-quality results.

Holly spends most of her time at Anthesis helping an array of fashion brands from all areas of the market, from UK fast fashion Etailers to large global brands like GAP Inc. Holly is also the Project Manager for Forum for the Future’s Cotton 2040 ‘Building Uptake’ workstream, working with Forum to engage and upskill fashion brands who have previously not engaged with sustainable fashion in how to source more sustainable cotton.
