As Sustainable Innovation & Capital Solutions Manager at Anthesis, Emily works to shift industry and capital players’ focus into future fit sustainable business models and technologies, accelerating positive impact & sustainable economic growth.
During her time at Anthesis, Emily has worked with a wide range of clients across the F&B, tech, FMCG and financial sectors. This work has included leading sustainable design thinking & ideation programmes, conducting climate & clean tech research and horizon scanning, designing theory of change and impact measurement structures, conducting commercial & technical due diligence for CVCs, and supporting in the development of innovative & blended finance initiatives.
Prior to her role at Anthesis in 2023, Emily was involved in impact-driven entrepreneurship and education, holding various commercial, operational, and leadership positions over seven years at the multi-billion dollar enterprise, EF Education First, in addition to several engagements with climate tech startups. Emily holds an MBA from Oxford University and a BA from Tufts University.
