Her success spans commercial, general management, consumer innovation, and sustainability roles. Impactful at a high strategic level, yet able to land and support long and short-term agendas, Cristina excels at driving connectivity and collaboration, bringing teams, functions, and internal/external stakeholders along on an impactful journey. 

In her last role at Kraft Heinz, Cristina was the International Chief Growth and Sustainability Officer, which enabled her to prove that growth can be linked to sustainability.
