Caroline leads the Sweden Transactions and Sustainable Finance team. She is a senior advisor in the real estate sector and has extensive experience coordinating environmental and technical services within property management and development, but primarily as a strategic advisor prior to acquisitions or divestitures. She has worked on behalf of everything from venture capital firms, pension funds, municipal property companies to private companies.
She specialises in combining due diligence services with analyses of sustainability parameters such as energy performance, climate risks, biodiversity and analyses of the properties’ impact on climate change. The analyses are carried out to determine the specific sustainability status of the property, but also its potential which can then form the basis for an investment decision, but also prepare for CSRD reporting and management.
Caroline is a Master of Science in Energy and Installation Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and has previously worked with energy efficiency and environmental certifications both in contracting and as a consultant. She most recently came from a role as a business strategist and group manager where she, as part of the management team, was involved in developing a department with services within the property sector.
