Brendan Condit leads the Anthesis Circular Revenue Models service line. With nearly two decades of experience in consumer products and retail, Brendan is passionate about helping brands use business model innovation as a way to achieve sustainability targets, create new revenue streams, and connect with new customer segments.
Before joining Anthesis, Brendan worked with some of the world’s top brands and retailers to launch and grow circular revenue models, starting with the trailblazing Worn Wear program from Patagonia, for which he designed the original business case and operating model. Later, as Head of Business Development and Customer Success for Trove Recommerce, Brendan helped launch and scale circular programs for REI, Eileen Fisher, Arc’teryx, Nordstrom, Lululemon, and more.
At Anthesis, Brendan’s team focuses on assisting brands at any point in their circularity journey—from initial opportunity assessment to consumer insight research, program design and financial model development, executive stakeholder engagement, and all the way to implementation and program scaling.
Brendan holds a bachelors degree from Middlebury College, and an MBA from Cornell University.
