Andrew Gonzalez is a senior consultant with experience in materials development and innovation, with emphasis on sustainable products. He has expertise in the technology sector, with emphasis on semiconductors and batteries, including client work in the transportation and consumer goods sectors. Andrew helps clients develop sustainable design frameworks and produce guidance for alternative assessments and material selection. He is also an expert in PFAS and fluorinated chemistry.
Andrew has worked with a variety of clients from chemical manufacturers, consumer goods producers, larger retailers, and small specialty product companies. He has also been the principal investigator on several government grants and contracts. He has a MS and BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University, where he studied batteries, solar cells, and semiconductor technology.
