Alison is a social and environmental impact leader with over 15 years of combined private sector experience (both consultant and client) in corporate impact strategy, program development, and marketing communications. With experience in apparel, consumer goods & retail, tech, transportation, hospitality, and academia, Alison has built social and environmental programs and campaigns for consumer, business and government audiences.
Most recently as the Director of Sustainability & Impact at Lime, Alison led the development of the company’s impact strategy and communications for government and consumer audiences, focused on promoting micromobility for connected, low-carbon communities. Prior to Lime, Alison spent 7 years at Lululemon as a founding member of the company’s Social & Environmental Impact team. As Lululemon’s Global Social Impact Manager, Alison built a $25m community impact program to expand equitable access to mental health practices through partnerships such as the UN Foundation.
Alison’s background is in marketing communications, and she started her career in the outdoor/action sports industry, and then transitioned into environmental consulting and the emerging carbon market. She holds a master’s in environmental management from Duke University and an Honors Bachelor of Business Admin with a Joint Major in Psychology.
