Satu is Managing Director of Anthesis Finland. She has over 25 years of consultancy experience in global M&A services including but not limited to EDD, EHS DD, ESG DD, and other Strategic corporate services.

A leader in her field in global project management and strategic EHS advisory including in addition to M&A related services e.g. extensive experience in environmental claims and dispute support, liability assessments, site solutions (soil, groundwater and sediment contamination, remediation and site closures), EHS compliance and regulatory support, corporate sustainability (strategies, reporting), and work within the chemical and petrochemical industries and circular economy businesses.
