Cristina Knapp

Cristina is Managing Director for the Anthesis Brazil business and operations. Cristina has more than 25 years of experience in developing and managing assessments for mergers, acquisitions, disposals, permitting, and environmental. Over this period, she has advised a large number of Brazilian, US and European clients including manufacturing facilities, financial institutions, and real estate companies.

Prior to joining Anthesis, Cristina worked as M&A leader in different international consultancies, such as ERM, ENVIRON, CH2M Hill and Dames & Moore. In these roles she was responsible for business development, client relationship management and people management.

Cristina is a biologist and has a BSc in Biology and a Post Graduation in Environmental Law and Sustainability Management. She has worked extensively in Latin America including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela and Guatemala and has undertaken foreign postings in Chile and the UK. Cristina is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and has a good knowledge of German.
