Charlie Nicholson

Charlie Nicholson joined Anthesis in December 2022 as Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Global Leadership Council and the Board.

Charlie brings 30 years of experience in high-growth global Professional Services and Pharma Supply Chain organisations, including eight years in CFO roles. Most recently, Charlie led the Finance and IT teams at Softbox Systems, a multi-national temperature controlled packaging company. Before that, Charlie was the CFO and Board member of Premier Research Group, a global Contract Research Organisation business, where he was responsible for Finance, IT and Corporate Administration teams.

With extensive international experience in Board, management and financial roles across private equity-backed businesses, Charlie has led multi-disciplinary teams across America, Europe and Asia.
