Our next North West Sustainable Business Quarterly is on June 9th and will be on ‘Building & Infrastructure Services of the Future’. We hold this popular, free of charge event for sustainability professionals in Manchester (UK) – please join us for the opportunity to hear the opinions and forecast from two industry experts.
In an inevitably changing world, it is essential our infrastructure adapts too. It’s reported energy used in the construction and operation of homes and buildings accounts for around half of the UK’s total carbon dioxide emissions (UKGBC). With this in mind, how can we build to be ready for the future?
The event will take the form of networking with a light buffet, followed by our speakers’ presentations, and further opportunities to discuss the evening’s theme in more detail. The evening will finish off with wine, nibbles and networking.
Nicola Martin – Head of Sustainability, Balfour Beatty
Cat Hirst – Head of Learning & Innovation, UK Green Buildings Council
