A Global Food and Beverage company engaged Anthesis to support in developing a high-level no deforestation roadmap for supplier engagement which involved an update and review of its current no-deforestation policies. This engagement was largely driven by the client’s need to comply with the EUDR Deforestation Regulation.
Impact
These two steps fed into to development of a multi-year no-deforestation roadmap and a detailed gap analysis to inform strategic supplier engagement to improve visibility into supplier location data and information to comply with increased scrutiny from customers and policymakers.
