Conducting an Environmental Site Assessment for AMRO Partners

file

Situation

Anthesis was instructed by AMRO Partners to conduct an Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) with a limited Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) review of several land plots for the development of a variety of real estate development projects.

Solution

The assessment included an ESA and a limited evaluation of hazardous materials that could be present at the locations. The ESA was performed to identify known and potential soil and groundwater contamination related risks.

A limited EHS regulatory compliance review was also conducted to identify material impacts, including potential capital expenditure and regulatory infringements.

Impact

Anthesis analysed publicly available information and company-specific data to produce site specific reports. The reports were informed by stakeholder interviews and observations made during site visits.

Our work supported AMRO Partners in securing financing for the development and implementation of several real estate projects.
