Claire Bosch Zuazo

Claire Bosch Zuazo is a Director and Anthesis’ Global Lead for Social Impact. She also manages the portfolio of Social Impact and Human Rights advisory services for clients in the North America and Latin America Region

Claire is passionate about co-creating social programs across a client’s own operations, supply chains, and partners that respect human rights, provide decent work conditions, and promote social dialogue. She has 18 years of experience working with businesses, donor agencies, government, NGOs, and civil society clients to drive positive social change on a global scale. Recent clients include global technology, digital communications, food, agriculture, and pharmaceutical companies, bilateral donors, and multi-stakeholder certification roundtables.

Throughout her career, Claire has worked with clients in North America, Latin America, Europe, West Africa, and Southeast Asia to design, manage, and assess climate, nature, and social programs that foster inclusive stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining Anthesis, Claire worked for Chemonics International, where she led business development, project management, and multistakeholder partnership development for Chemonics’ environment and natural resource practice.

Claire holds a BS in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and an MS in Natural Resource Management and Administration with a focus on Climate Resilience from Antioch University New England. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.”
