Guiding ISPT to Become a Carbon Neutral Property Fund Manager

Anthesis provided fantastic support to the business during our journey to become certified carbon neutral under the Commonwealth Government’s Climate Active program. The industry first certification is for the base building operations on all ISPT owned and operated properties, as well as our corporate offices and covers around 80,000 tonnes of CO2-e. Anthesis  were integral in all aspects of carbon neutrality including; expert carbon accounting of scope 1, 2 and particularly scope 3 emissions, supporting offset procurement, emissions reductions and communicating our commitment to internal and external stakeholders. We have since engaged Anthesis for our ‘true-up’ accounts and continue to work with their climate change experts on a number of projects.”

Anthesis assisted ISPT in its carbon neutral journey, including GHG accounting and strategic advisory on carbon offset and carbon neutrality options.

This included a comprehensive GHG inventory, the management ISPT’s certification under the Climate Active program, and advisory on offset project development activities.

The certification represents carbon neutrality for all emissions associated with ISPT’s corporate and property operations across Australia.
