Anthesis is proud to be a participating sponsor of Circularity, hosted by Trellis. Circularity is the premier gathering of professionals advancing solutions for the circular economy. This event brings together more than 1,500 thought leaders and practitioners across industries and value chains to rethink how we make, sell, and circulate products to build a just, resilient, and regenerative economy.
This year Anthesis will host a Roundtable Lunch focused on how brands can measure holistic results and communicate a strong narrative of value creation. Associate Director, Karine Kicak will also take part in a workshop that explores how businesses measure the carbon impact of circular practices and what happens when circularity and decarbonization goals clash.

Roundtable Lunch
Scale or Fail? How can Circularity Leaders Tell a Holistic Story of Value Creation to Unlock Growth?
Circular business models deliver a wealth of business benefits – incremental revenue, customer acquisition and increased LTV, value recovery, diversified supply chain, driving sustainability KPIs, and more. Yet, benefits are rarely quantified with the same rigor as for the linear business. Let’s discuss how brands can measure holistic results and communicate a powerful narrative of value creation, such that circularity initiatives gain full commitment from key stakeholders and maximum investment.
Workshop
Carbon Emissions and Circularity: The Scope 3 Accounting Quagmire
Current greenhouse gas accounting methods often fail to capture the full environmental benefits of circular practices. Sometimes, carbon accounting can even penalize reuse, repair, and other strategies to keep products out of the landfill. This tutorial explores the challenges of carbon accounting for circular systems and offers strategies to better measure emissions reductions from circularity. Through real-world examples and case studies, attendees will walk away with practical approaches to align carbon-reduction efforts with circular economy practices.
