About the Speakers
Al Iannuzzi is a seasoned expert in product sustainability and environmental compliance. He authored Greener Products: The Making and Marketing of Sustainable Brands and has led initiatives in sustainable product development, helping companies integrate environmental considerations into their business strategies. He is currently the VP of Sustainability at Estée Lauder Companies.
Jim Fava is recognized as the ‘father of modern-day life cycle assessment,’ with over 25 years of experience promoting sustainable practices. He co-founded the Forum for Sustainability through Life Cycle Innovation and served as Executive Director at Anthesis until 2022, guiding companies and organizations toward sustainable operations.
Lemis Tarajano Noya, a chemical engineer by training, is the Director of Product Sustainability at Anthesis Group. With over 15 years in the consumer goods industry, he has pioneered sustainable product innovations at companies like P&G, L’Oréal, and The Estée Lauder Companies, focusing on eco-friendly design and circular business models.
