Amanda is an expert in defining and implementing food loss and waste reduction strategies having worked with clients in the UK and globally across the retail, manufacturing and hospitality sectors. She has over two decades experience in the food sector in brand & project management, stakeholder engagement and strategy development.

Amanda is passionate about sustainable food system transformation and the role food waste plays within this. She has certificates in Business Sustainability Management from Cambridge University and is Circular Economy trained by the University of Wageningen, NL.
