Rachael Anderson

Rachael specialises in learning & education, and is working to establish a suite of educational materials designed to empower firms within their sustainability journey. She is experienced in producing engaging, interactive learning pathways using a variety of platforms, from live workshops to eLearning modules. Rachael also manages Anthesis’ Carbon Literacy offering, and has successfully rolled the program out to multiple firms, including Kia UK, a leading global agricultural firm, and a leading middle eastern financial institution. 

Rachael holds a degree in Biology from the University of Southampton, and is studying for her masters in Sustainable Development with the University of Sussex. Rachael is also completing a diploma in corporate education, and is continually integrating this learning into our learning products in order to maximise engagement and impact.
