Finance’s Role in the New Era

Financial Institutions (FIs) are increasingly leveraging the value of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) from both risk management and business opportunity perspectives. FIs are not only using ESG to protect their operations and investments; they are also leveraging it as a tool to differentiate their brands and increase customer attraction and retention.
