London / Sweden, September 15, 2016 – The Anthesis Group, a leading global sustainability services and solutions provider, has today announced the acquisition of Enveco, the Swedish-based environmental economics and sustainability consultancy.

The ninth acquisition since the formation of Anthesis in September 2013, Enveco is well established in the Swedish and international environmental economics community. Anthesis is one of just a handful of global organizations specializing in sustainability, and has established an extensive international platform. It is focused on strengthening its position in local markets and as an implementation partner for its global clients.

This partnership solidifies and enhances the Group’s ability to support global clients in sustainability diagnostic services”. She continued “In line with the Anthesis strategy, we will establish ourselves as an organization with deep subject matter expertise operating in the space between the smaller local niche players and the non- specialist larger companies”.
