We are delighted to announce that Alan Dow has today joined the Anthesis Group as Director of Corporate and Transaction Services.
Alan originally graduated in Geology followed by a Masters in Hydrogeology and Groundwater Resources, beginning his career in hazardous waste management before moving into the fields of contaminated land, risk assessment/land remediation and environmental due diligence.
Alan has over 30 years’ global experience in environmental liability and risk management, acting for many multi-national industrial, property and financial institutions through his career. His expertise in Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) is in the acquisition and divestment space for corporate and private equity clients. Having spent 25 years at Environ and before this at ERM, his experience is truly global and extends across many commercial sectors.
As UK Director of Transaction and Corporate Services and member of the Anthesis senior team globally, Alan will work in Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) and Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) for the corporate, investment and private equity sectors. He will bring to the market a series of both conventional solutions as well as state-of-the-art tools to more effectively evaluate ESG factors in the EDD process.
